The Largs Public School Spring Fair is returning in 2026—and we are planning a bigger, brighter, festival-style community event across the school grounds.
Join local families, businesses, performers and community groups for a wonderful day of shopping, food, entertainment and activities, while helping raise funds to support the students of Largs Public School.

What’s Happening at the Fair?
Visitors can look forward to:
- A wide variety of market stalls
- Food trucks and food vendors
- Handmade products, gifts, clothing and homewares
- Children’s entertainment and activities
- Live performances and demonstrations
- Community groups and local organisations
- A community car boot sale
- School fundraising activities
- Plenty of family-friendly fun
We are aiming to bring together more than 40 stalls, along with performers, food vendors, community organisations and car boot sellers from across the local area.

Market Stallholders and Food Vendors
We are looking for a varied selection of local businesses, creators and vendors offering family-friendly products, services and food.
Suitable stalls may include:
- Handmade products and crafts
- Gifts and homewares
- Clothing and accessories
- Toys and children’s products
- Plants and garden products
- Books and educational products
- Local services and businesses
- Sporting clubs and community organisations
- Hot food, drinks, sweets and specialty foods
Stall Fees
Market stalls
- Early Bird: $50
- Standard: $60
Food vendors
- $150, plus 10% of total event-day takings
Standard market stall sites are approximately 3 metres by 3 metres. Stallholders are responsible for supplying their own marquee, tables, chairs, display equipment and suitable marquee weights.

Community Car Boot Sale
Turn your unwanted items into extra cash while enjoying a fun community day!
Our car boot sale is perfect for local families and community members wanting to sell:
- Pre-loved clothing
- Toys and children’s items
- Books and games
- Household goods
- Sporting equipment
- Collectables
- Other suitable second-hand items
Car boot fee: $35 per vehicle
Spaces are limited, so early applications are encouraged.
Applicants without their own public liability insurance may be considered for the one-off event stallholder insurance option, subject to minimum numbers, payment and insurer confirmation. Full details are provided in the Stall Holder Information Pack.
Performers and Community Groups
We would love to hear from local performers, schools, clubs and community organisations interested in being part of the Spring Fair program.
Expressions of interest are welcome from:
- Dance schools
- Martial arts schools
- Bands and musicians
- Singers and choirs
- Gymnastics groups
- Cultural and multicultural groups
- Sporting clubs
- Preschools and early learning groups
- Community organisations
- Children’s entertainers
- Demonstration groups
Performances will be scheduled between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm and held under cover in the school’s COLA area. Basic microphones and speakers will be available, with additional requirements to be included in the application.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed by the Largs Public School P&C Committee to create a safe, varied and appealing event.
